When one wishes to see the world through a "different viewpoint", then one must not find views through the traditional routes. Thus, I am untrained through formal schooling, in fact I failed kindergarten art. My training comes from 20 years of seeing the world, its cultures, problems, successes and failures, first hand and wishing to share my view of the world. My art is developed with digital photography as a way to show the world how I see things or at times wish things to be.
I began photography as a career in 2007, after many years of prodding from my friends and family. Whether I am good or not is a matter to be decided after my work is completed (hopefully many years yet from now). For the present, I think I am getting a good start on things.
* My work has been used in advertising from Japan to Europe.
* Contributing artist to Artist Rising, Inc.
* Contributing photographer for iStockphoto, Crestock, and Alamy, among others.
